Jimi Filani

Jimi is an accomplished commercial lawyer, with significant experience advising numerous clients in banking and finance matters. In previous employment, he frequently advised on corporate finance, transaction structures and regulatory and compliance issues. He has also advised on capital markets transactions, including mergers and acquisitions during the consolidation exercise in the banking sector.

He has an LL.B from the University of Ibadan .
